You travel a lot and need support to maintain your results from NutriMe
You need further counselling, a sense of accountability and regular coaching.

How does it work?
You determine the duration of the program and how long You need the support.
Meet your personal nutritionist once every 2 weeks, then one 1 month and slowly wean off as you get comfortable.
Revise the maintenance diet until it becomes muscle memory for routine, travel, busy days - in short for anything life throws at you.
Tweak the maintenance diet as needed for complete customization and convenience
Achieve a lifestyle with regular exercise, satisfaction with quality and quantity of food.
