The program fees are non-refundable. Nevertheless, in genuine circumstances, program participation may be temporarily paused upon consultation with our team, for a mutually agreed-upon duration. If the client fails to request such a pause, program extensions will not be possible. In the event of a serious medical condition preventing immediate program conti nuation, the client’s program can be frozen for a maximum period of two years.

In all circumstances, the authority to initiate a pause will rest with Right Living.
