The real problem

You've tried everything.
Here's the other story.

You've been told to eat less, move more, and “try harder”. Each time you did, it worked for a while, then something shifted — weight crept back, fatigue returned, and the fog followed.

That isn’t you failing. That is your hormones reacting to a plan that was never built for your body.

Hormonal imbalance — PMOS, thyroid issues, blood sugar changes, perimenopause, menopause or high-stress adrenal fatigue — alters how you process food, store fat and feel energy. A generic plan ignores this. Ours doesn’t.

Is this you?

Your body is sending signals.

Hormonal imbalance shows up differently in everyone. This program is built for the full spectrum of what you may be going through.

01

PMOS / PCOD

Irregular cycles, stubborn weight, fatigue, and mood disruption that a generic plan has not fixed.

02

Perimenopause

Sleep changes, hot flashes, weight gain, and emotional turbulence that can feel sudden and confusing.

03

Blood Sugar Disorders

Insulin resistance, pre-diabetes, and erratic glucose levels that affect energy and daily comfort.

04

Thyroid Dysfunction

Hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism affecting metabolism, weight, energy, and mood.

05

Menopause

Transition support for bone health, cardiovascular risk, weight redistribution, and lasting vitality.

06

High-Stress Cortisol Imbalance

Chronic stress that affects sleep, immunity, cravings, and makes progress feel harder than it should.

The other story

You've likely heard one story about your body.
Here's the other one.

This isn't a standard weight-loss program. It's a customised deep-intervention that addresses the root of your hormonal imbalance — restoring balance in mood, energy, and overall health, while creating conditions where weight loss becomes possible naturally.

"It was never just in your head."

What changes when we get this right

  • Better mood through stable hormonal signalling and targeted nutrition
  • Higher energy as your body learns to use food efficiently again
  • Overall health improvements across sleep, immunity, and metabolic function
  • Better chances at weight loss once the hormonal environment genuinely supports it

Deep intervention with supplementation, lifestyle tweaks, and science-backed counselling.

NutriMe for hormone balance

Let's talk for fifteen minutes.
Our methodology

How we reset your rhythm.

Not a one-time fix. A deep, tracked intervention — supplementation, lifestyle, and mindset, adjusted every week as your body responds.

01

We listen and test

Your history, your labs, your daily rhythm — not just one number.

02

We find the root signal

PCOD, thyroid, adrenal stress, blood sugar — we find what's actually driving it.

03

We intervene, deeply

Targeted supplementation, weekly diets, and lifestyle tweaks built around your body.

04

We counsel and adjust

Science-backed education for a calmer mindset, refined every check-in.

Sessions are held once a week, or once every two weeks — whichever your body and schedule need.

What you gain

Beyond the number on the scale.

So as you work on balancing your hormonones here are some other measurable, tangible shifts that happen when hormones are addressed properly.

Energy

Waking up rested and sustaining energy through the day without caffeine dependency or afternoon crashes.

Confidence

Feeling at home in your body again — not because of a number on a scale, but because of how you actually feel.

Blood Flow

Improved circulation, reduced bloating, and a cardiovascular system that functions the way it's designed to.

Mental Clarity

Reduced brain fog, better focus, and a mood that isn't held hostage by hormonal fluctuations.

How the program works

The process

How it works.

  1. 01

    Deep health intake & assessment

We begin with a thorough understanding of your medical history, hormonal symptoms, blood work, lifestyle, and eating patterns — so the program is built on real data, not assumptions.

  2. 02

    Weekly customised diets

Your diet is built and adjusted every week based on how your body is responding — not a fixed 30-day plan, but a living document that evolves with you session by session.

  3. 03

    Food pyramid & concept discovery

We identify your personal food pyramid — the unique balance of macronutrients, food groups, and meal timing that works specifically for your hormonal condition.

  4. 04

    Supplementation & lifestyle integration

Targeted supplements are introduced based on your deficiencies and condition. Sleep, movement, and stress habits are addressed in parallel — because no diet works in isolation.

  5. 05

    Mindset counselling & science education

Each session includes education on why your body behaves the way it does. Understanding the science behind your hormones builds trust in the process — and makes the changes stick.

Anupama : amazing experience what I learnt from Anu is every body is unique & what works for one doesn’t work for the other. We tried different diets & now I figured what works for my body , it’s not just diet it’s a way of life ! Also work out is important.. 50% is what you put in your mouth the other 50% is your workout. Also if you would like your body to give you the best results it’s important to keep your vitamins, calcium etc in order therefore I do a blood test every 6 months. I think the best thing I did was as meet Anu, learnt alot about respecting my body. Got great results , it took me 1.5 years to lose 23 kgs but that’s the beauty of it . I look 10 years younger & not haggard. My skin, hair etc are so healthy coz it wasn’t a crash diet . Thank you Anu, forever grateful 🙃🙏

My journey with Anupama Menon started sometime in the year 2012. This is my second time around with her. My first experience was amazing, dropped weight like there is no tomorrow. Unfortunately I could not manage to stay disciplined after I discontinued. After testing various ways, I chose to come back here. Anupama, takes time to understand her client and works to the root of the problem. She picks diets depending on what suits us and how would we benefit. My second time around, my weightloss has been slow.. for obvious reasons … keeping in mind age, and many other factors. Nevertheless inch loss has been good. But just being on the diet and eating right is keeping me happy and feeling content. So in short… mind body and soul is in peace and harmony with my routine that I have been following. Anybody be looking for a balanced and healthy lifestyle should give her a chance to help you out.

Anupama has changed my life gently, slowly and surely. Because instead of changing what I eat, she has changed how I eat and changed my relationship with food. I love food. I love to eat. Signing up with Anupama was a gift I gave myself when I turned forty. I needed someone to walk with me in my journey of food and self care. I like her approach where she keeps the individual right at the center of her design. The body’s innate and heightened intelligence is what she is asking to tune into. Her comprehensive and well designed health journey and weekly food timetable not only helped my gut improve but also helped me build a deeper understanding of how each kind of food impacts me, physically, mentally and emotionally. Her ways are filled with solid framework but a lot of kindness. This is not an easy journey for me but with her and her team’s support, I took slow but sure steps towards better health. Through the 8 months, through my hectic travel ( from Europe to villages in India ) this program gave me the predictability and anchor that I wanted. She is always focusing only on the basics, sleep, exercise and food. Her methods are extremely practical and totally sustainable. Even with hectic travel across different parts of the world, Anupama helped me stick to my practice by designing the most manageable diet plans across different cuisines. Her plan worked for me when I followed it 100 percent and it continued to work when I could only manage 30 percent. It is foolproof that way. More than hard crunching numbers and results, she always asked how I felt and how I am. And once she said, “at the end of the day, it is life and it is our body”. She surrendered to the innate design, constitution and intelligence of each body with utmost respect. That really moved me. She focuses on the well being and not just weight /inch loss and a great figure. I can for sure say my relationship with my own body and how I perceive it, and also listen to it is completely altered now.

Hormonal imbalance can affect your energy, appetite, sleep, and cycle. Your plan should be built for you.

You do not need extreme restriction. You need consistent support, the right food, and a rhythm that fits your body.

Progress is not only about the scale. Better labs, better cycles, and better energy are part of the win.

What people ask me.

Common signs include irregular periods, persistent fatigue, sleep changes, acne, hair fall, mood swings, and unexplained weight changes.

Yes. Nutrition can support hormone health by improving energy, sleep, metabolism, and cycle regularity when the plan is consistent and realistic.

No. The better approach is balance, portion control, and a routine you can actually maintain. Extreme restriction usually makes adherence harder.

Yes. Stress can worsen symptoms through cortisol-related changes that affect sleep, appetite, energy, and cycle patterns.

If symptoms are persistent, severe, sudden, or affecting daily life, it is important to get medical evaluation rather than relying on guesswork.
