Fitness that fits your life. Habits that actually last.

You've started over more times than you can count. This program is built differently — around your body, your routine and the science of how habits actually form.

or see how this fits into NutriMe.

The real problem

You've started before.
Maybe more than once.
Here's the other story.

That is not a lack of willpower. It is a plan that was never built for your body — or your life.

Most fitness and nutrition programs are designed for the average person. But you are not average — your schedule isn't, your body isn't, and the way your life is structured isn't.

You don't need more motivation. You need a plan that actually fits your reality.

  • You start strong but can't sustain it past week three
  • The weight comes off — then finds its way back
  • Your lifestyle — work, family, travel — keeps getting in the way
  • You know what to do — but doing it consistently is the hard part

Most fitness programs fail not because you lack discipline — but because they weren't built around how your specific body and life actually work. These are the six reasons why.

01

Generic plans that don't fit your life

Programs designed for someone else's schedule, kitchen, food preferences, and body type — not yours. They work until life happens, then fall apart instantly.

02

Nutrition and fitness treated separately

Exercise without the right fuel is unsustainable. Most programs don't connect what you eat to how your body performs and recovers — this one does.

03

No understanding of recovery

Pushing hard without knowing how your body recovers leads to burnout, injury, and giving up. Understanding your recovery pattern changes everything.

04

Willpower as the only strategy

Relying on motivation alone is a plan that fails every time. Habits form through systems and environment design — not through trying harder.

05

No baseline understanding of your body

Without knowing your personal food pyramid, calorie needs, and how exercise affects your specific metabolism, you're working blind every time.

06

Unsustainable from the start

Programs that demand radical changes to what you eat and how you live don't last. Sustainable fitness is built gradually, around who you actually are — not who you wish you were.

The approach

Built differently —
around your body, your routine.

This program is included within NutriMe — because sustainable fitness and nutrition are inseparable. It's a science-backed, deeply personalised approach that connects what you eat to how your body moves, recovers, and builds habits that actually outlast the program itself.

"The goal isn't a 30-day result. It's a lifelong rhythm."

What this program builds in you

  • A food pyramid that fuels your fitness — understanding exactly what your body needs to perform and recover
  • Recovery awareness — knowing how your body bounces back so you train smarter, not just harder
  • Calorie and nutrient understanding — stepped up progressively based on your food pyramid and fitness goals
  • Habits that stick — routines designed around how habit formation actually works, not willpower alone
  • Fitness that fits your life — not a program you have to pause every time life gets busy

Included within NutriMe 3 & 6 month programs — no separate enrollment needed.

The process

How we build your rhythm.

Understand your baseline

We start by understanding your current fitness level, routine, recovery patterns, and the foods that fuel you — before changing anything.

Build your food pyramid

Your personal food pyramid is discovered first — because knowing exactly what your body needs to perform and recover is the foundation everything else is built on.

Step up calories & nutrients

Calories and nutrients are increased progressively in line with your fitness activity — not guessed at, but calibrated to your specific body and goals each week.

Build habits that outlast us

The final goal is independence — routines so embedded in your life that you don't need a program to maintain them. That's what makes this sustainable.

What you gain

Beyond the number on the scale.

When fitness and nutrition are built together, the results go far beyond weight — these are the lasting changes that happen when your body and habits finally work in the same direction.

Consistent energy

Fuel matched to your activity means sustained energy through the day — not peaks and crashes driven by food that doesn't support what your body is doing.

Stronger recovery

Understanding your recovery pattern means less soreness, fewer injuries, and the ability to show up consistently instead of burning out and stopping.

Habits that hold

Routines built into your actual life — not ones that collapse the moment your schedule changes or motivation dips, as every willpower-based plan eventually does.

Body confidence

Feeling capable and at home in your body — not because of a number on a scale, but because of what your body can now do and how it actually feels day to day.

Anupama has changed my life gently, slowly and surely. Because instead of changing what I eat, she has changed how I eat and changed my relationship with food. I love food. I love to eat. Signing up with Anupama was a gift I gave myself when I turned forty. I needed someone to walk with me in my journey of food and self care. I like her approach where she keeps the individual right at the center of her design. The body’s innate and heightened intelligence is what she is asking to tune into. Her comprehensive and well designed health journey and weekly food timetable not only helped my gut improve but also helped me build a deeper understanding of how each kind of food impacts me, physically, mentally and emotionally. Her ways are filled with solid framework but a lot of kindness. This is not an easy journey for me but with her and her team’s support, I took slow but sure steps towards better health. Through the 8 months, through my hectic travel ( from Europe to villages in India ) this program gave me the predictability and anchor that I wanted. She is always focusing only on the basics, sleep, exercise and food. Her methods are extremely practical and totally sustainable. Even with hectic travel across different parts of the world, Anupama helped me stick to my practice by designing the most manageable diet plans across different cuisines. Her plan worked for me when I followed it 100 percent and it continued to work when I could only manage 30 percent. It is foolproof that way. More than hard crunching numbers and results, she always asked how I felt and how I am. And once she said, “at the end of the day, it is life and it is our body”. She surrendered to the innate design, constitution and intelligence of each body with utmost respect. That really moved me. She focuses on the well being and not just weight /inch loss and a great figure. I can for sure say my relationship with my own body and how I perceive it, and also listen to it is completely altered now.

Fitness story Building habits that fit my life

Anupama : amazing experience what I learnt from Anu is every body is unique & what works for one doesn’t work for the other. We tried different diets & now I figured what works for my body , it’s not just diet it’s a way of life ! Also work out is important.. 50% is what you put in your mouth the other 50% is your workout. Also if you would like your body to give you the best results it’s important to keep your vitamins, calcium etc in order therefore I do a blood test every 6 months. I think the best thing I did was as meet Anu, learnt alot about respecting my body. Got great results , it took me 1.5 years to lose 23 kgs but that’s the beauty of it . I look 10 years younger & not haggard. My skin, hair etc are so healthy coz it wasn’t a crash diet . Thank you Anu, forever grateful 🙃🙏

Uzma Irfan, Bangalore

In early February this year, a random incident hit me like a ton of bricks. A candid photo taken by one of my colleagues showed a version of me I couldn’t bear to see – I looked huge and shapeless. It was a painful reality check. I knew I had to do something about it, so the very next day, I joined a gym. However, despite all my efforts---even resorting to virtual starvation in my desparation to shed a few kilos---I ended up gaining an extra kilo. It dawned that many of my favourite dresses were no longer a good fit, leaving me completely shattered and clueless.

I had to redo my entire wardrobe, and every time I glanced at that unflattering photo, a wave of inferiority washed over me.

Then, in May, I stumbled upon Anupama Menon, and I instantly experienced a glimmer of hope. I enrolled in her program without a second thought. To my surprise, her approach to food was unlike anything I had tried before. The meals she recommended were all pretty easy to follow, no fancy stuff at all.

Anupama’s unwavering commitment and discipline kept me on track. She made it clear that deviating from her schedule was not an option. I’m thrilled to say that I’ve finally started shedding those extra pounds and, more importantly, regaining my lost self-esteem. Anupama Menon's regimen has been a game-changer for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m on the path to realising a healthier, happier version of myself, and I owe it all to her guidance and support.”

If you ask me whether there is a surefire way to achieve weight loss, my answer is yes. Just follow the advice of Anupama to a T

Fitness struggles are not "random". Inconsistency, burnout, and lack of progress often reflect a pattern that needs a clearer plan.

You don't need radical changes. What helps more is routines that fit your life, smart habits, and support that fits your daily routine.

Progress isn't only visible results. Better energy, less soreness, and showing up consistently are real wins too.

What people ask me.

Fitness struggles often show up as starting programs repeatedly, inconsistent exercise, burnout, or lack of progress. The pattern matters more than one isolated issue.

Not usually. Most people do better with a few smart changes, better timing, and routines that fit their life rather than extreme overhaul.

Yes. Stress can change motivation, energy levels, and how your body feels after training. That's why sustainable fitness often includes routine, meals, sleep, and stress support together.

We look at your routine, symptoms, triggers, and lifestyle, then build a plan with workouts, nutrition guidance, supplementation if needed, and practical weekly support.

Some people notice small changes in a few weeks, while deeper issues take longer. The goal is steady progress that feels realistic and sustainable.
